  • i done the cross eye 3d thing for the 1st one 2 see

  • I dint get the black and white checker thing. Someone explain?

  • At 0:57 I see circles and squares.........

  • The second illusion: The answer is probably because of the light center. When there is more light, it doesn't want to let too much light in, so it centers on the light-it's in the center of the picture! When you move away from the picture, the light isn't so bright because of the other strands of darker color so it lets in more light. This is probably not right since I am only ten years old though.

  • Never believe age plays some part in your reasoning ability...

In personal experience sure but seasoning provides data for comparison vice ability to do so...

Aristole said the ability to consider an idea without necessarily adopting it was the mark of intelligence....

    Good to meet you...

  • in the circles or square part, i cant see the circles!!

  • Each of our senses seem to work different from other's...

  • Ah yes, over the years these emails get passed around alot. I always like the moving ECVP ones and this was a nice explanantion to accompany. Seems like it got great views pappy! woohooo

  • I always found optical illussions less invasive than mental ones he he he

  • at 0:29 i did not get it????

  • We all see the world differently it seems...

  • Cool! I never did see the circles...

  • To see the circles you just have to focus on the horizontal lines and then you will start to see the circles

  • I still don't see them...

  • at 0:48 how would you see circles?

  • Its a matter of focus changing mostly...

  • for me at 1:49 disks move both ways =]

  • Yea everybodys eyes work different it seems

  • I love these sort of things... will come back to this video again.. :)

  • Thx Rob

  • You see the circles under the squares

  • Some do...

  • very cool!! and interesting...I saw the circles more than the squares!!! Does that make me wierd??

  • Naw everyone sees it different

  • circels and squares r cool

  • Funny how we intrepret visual stimulus...

  • Cool video. I have one question though. Where am I supposed to see circles in the circles and squares one.

  • look longer..and harder...PAY ATTENTION! lol

  • I think each of us see it a bit different...

  • still picute aint moving and i only see squares never a circle..

  • Each of our eye brain effect seems to vary,,,,

  • Kinda reminds me of those Magiceye pictures. Sometimes I'm able to make them out and sometimes not. They always give me a headache if I try to do it too much though.

  • Now you see it now you don't....

  • lol i say this on yahoo

  • *wink*

  • Trying to get cute on us aye?

  • Yea cute ugly mug me... vbg

  • this is awesome!!!

  • They caught my eye...

  • Okay, I didn't see a difference between the two towers. I see the second one. I see both circles and squares at the same time o.O. I don't understand what I'm supposed to be tricked with in the chess one, it looks like two sets of pieces with black and white fog over them. I figured out how to stop the letters before the video told me I could ^^. I can stop the disks, too. ^^ Great video! ^^

  • The way our eye and brain work together is unusual...

  • Yeah I kinda figured that out already XD

  • Great video!

You actually manged to include some illusions i had never seen before! 5 stars

  • There are lots of them out there...

  • the brain is a funny old thing, I swear there was some camera trickery there, those disks were definitely moving! ;)

  • some of our brains are funnier than others *wink*

  • I'd fail every IQ test in the book after realizing this. Great post.

  • not sure IQ has anything to do with perception... vbg

  • deciphering the damn code to leave a comment exhausted me so I have an optical delusion

  • i r delussionally inclined as wheel

  • Nice collection of stuff. I really like these, but after a while my eyes give out.

  • mine TOO!

  • hmmmm very interesting...

  • Like Rowan and Martin?

  • hehe Since both pictures are of the Tower of Pisa (now stabilized) the lean of the structure is the same in each picture. ;P

    Cool illusions!

  • have you been there?

  • It's on my 'to do' list!

  • quality stuff

  • As in Taxidermy? *wink*

  • These are GREAT Pappy

    keep smiling Dee

  • I am trying...

  • Very cool.

I love this kind of stuff!

What happens when I can see both the squares and the circles at 0:04 at the same time?

    hmmm.....I'm unique, I guess

  • I think some of our eyes pop back an forth so fast to percieve hence we think we see them simultaneously

  • My eyes/brain was fooled by them all except the staring hard at the letters. I've got this eye condition where my eyes get tired and go cross-eyed. The longer I read the worse it gets. Makes reading text very frustrating sometimes.

  • I don't like staring at these things...

But then I like mountain pass panoramas

  • Have to show these to hubby...he loves optical illusions.

    Well done Pappy.

  • Thanks Nance....

  • I saw both circles and squares at the same time... Am I broken? Everything else worked.

  • I think some of our eyes pop back an forth so fast to percieve hence we think we see them simultaneously

  • As soon as the video ended, the phone rang.

And now I'm barking like a poodle.

    ?!?!?!

  • Ah I hypnoTIzed ya eh... now you are primed for your mission...
