I used corel rave, which is basically frame by frame vektor animation... really stupid to tell the truth :D If you want to do something simillar, use some better program like after effects... even photoshop or illustrator might be a good choise.
I make better ones now, but they're for a film that's not done. And this is about the style, I could have done much cooler looking back then, but I liked to try this style.
