its not looped, because the audio would be distorted in a obvious way and the camera would jump back to a certain frame in a obvious way. and tonic isent even good enough as a video editor to edit the video that well. and plus all the little bullet casing are falling down in different areas, but i still say either lag switch (like ca or s3) or an actual code, i would guess built in the mem dump or in the patch?

For most thing tonic is viewing the packet data that is being sent and recived sum how and then modding it. I know he also has inf health etc, but this can cause your ps3 freezing(happened to tonic once or twice while i was in there) and Its not a lag switch.
