mcfly are an amazing band. there actually talented. tey an all play instrements well and are amazing live singers. no cover is ever as good as the original but this isnt far off you couldnt do half as good as them lot and my band dream to be like them when were older especially me so leave them the fuk alone

Why dont every one just stop crying and leave them alone, they covered a song and it was good, obvs not as good as the original but im sure they didnt intend it to be. Even though tom,danny,doug and harry are what you would most likely call 'famous', what you say still hurts, if i were either one of them and i saw this id cry. Your cunts. End of.

It ought to be illegal for cheesy boy bands like this to cover songs of rock bands like the mighty Thin Lizzy. They should just stick to little bubble gum songs that prepubesent girls like.

@whitbyjet65 Thats great. Well I listen to The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Bon Jovi, GNR, The Who, Aerosmith is one of my favourite bands ever, and these guys are young but are a good bend. And so what if someone enjoys their music, couse I enjoy it to. They have so much time to grow. Someday they will be one of the best bands ever, they are on there way already. You cant compare them to bands above, but you dont have to compare them at all...They make their own music and its great.

I am proud of any band who keeps this song alive, but the drummer completely ruined the cover. It's meant to be a shuffle, and that's its magic, and stop banging crashes at every bar!

@Chacolandx2010 its probably because the tv programmers didn't want to make all the other bands jealous at how good mcfly is so they had to cut it short... there was no other option. thats all it is... lol

This band is fucking phenomenal. Anyone who disagrees is wrong, or just jealous that they can't rock as hard as a supposed "boyband" (except they're really not at all... considering they're about 32392x more talented than most "hard rock" artists out there today). And this is coming from a straight, 21 year old male. GO MCFLY!

wow, i thought these guys would ruin this classic song. This might be the second best cover of this song i heard, the first being Huey Lewis' cover. Even though they look like the average untalented pop rock band, these guys did awesome.
