Cheat is "changelotzoning dorm"

Then you're done.

Enter info or something, and you do get the cafeteria lady as long as you made a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and a counter at minimum.

@PinkishBears nothing really.. but if you have the Sims 2 Seasons expansion pack you can go fishing. :P If you don't, I suppose it's just there to 'beautify' your home. :)
