  • That's still really strong for how small he looks. Really strong.

  • Asians are generally short and compact because they drink soymilk instead of cows milk and it doesn't have as much calcium.

  • YAAAA TIMBAHWOLF!!!!!

  • Real strong bro, and your physique for your age is just mind-blowing to say the least...

  • i'am 17 and i can do 4x200pounds bench press in only a year 6 months of training. is this strong or not?

  • looks like you could pull off way more than 315 if you didn't do all those unneccessary sets before

  • timba - LOL - this gave me a good laugh! LOL!

More importantly, what do you bench press yourself, and is your boy's balls taste saltier after he does his set?

  • bud I got a boy in my gym half the size of you and does 3 plates for 10 reps no spot needed, quit doing high reps low weight to make yourself look big and start building for strength if your tryna show off on you tube

  • @dhindstheog

It is impressive... what your 'boy' does. And he should definitely be a competitive strength athlete. BUT... I'm not a competitive strength athlete and don't care to be. And I prefer to be 180 than 90lbs or look it. More importantly, what do you bench press yourself, and is your boy's balls taste saltier after he does his set?

  • @timbahwolf quality come back :)

  • @timbahwolf faggot

  • @dhindstheog Haha dude. You are such a lier. Stop trolling. No one likes a youtube hater.

  • @dhindstheog shut the fuk up lil bitch and look at he's physique. not every person lifting is in competition like u and your boytoy. post a video if you wanna show off commenting on youtube.

  • loving the vibrams brah

  • nice shoes!!!

  • @timbahwolf That is so badass!

  • Nice work. Do you have any leg training vids? Your biceps are bigger than your calves!!!

  • ur lu cain!!!!!!

  • nice gym music.. -_-

  • very good lift for your bodyweight dude, just my opinion but using suicide grip is just asking for trouble, i seen some pretty horrific injuries caused using that grip. Keep up the great work though, your vids inspire many of us : )

  • amazing

  • how much time is your rest?

  • so i herd you did a few cycles and are still only doing 3 plate bench

  • @utukk 3 plates is very good. If you can do more can you please post a video? I'd love to see it.

  • @xXxMrMysteryxXx not if you are juicy it isn't

  • Hey Kane, I notice you have your purple wrath beside you. A few questions; should somebody who is only doing calisthenics take it & How do you prepare it, because, it kinda looks like a slurpy/slushie.

  • wow awesome bench. do u normally just pyramaid up 1 x 4 or do u do any straight sets or drop sets for more workload

  • cute lisp man

  • hey buddy was wondering what your ethnicity is?

  • Hey Kane is their any specific exercise, or actual program you'd attribute to your chest development or would you say its just good nutrition and genetics? You're chest is similar to Serge Nubret who I personally think had the greatest chest ever.

  • @canadaszane Lol it's good roids you fucking idiot

  • Nice Job...

  • It was a couple of months ago when I checked timbahwolfs channel for the last time, and now, I think he got even bigger! :S

Either way nice job man! I saw your pic in one of my countries fitness magazine waaay back, and been a fan since then!

  • How much weight will you?

  • Good idea to stay away from bench all together? Best to stick with the dumbell press?? What's more functional??

  • You look very distraught that you have to train to this music lmao...I would be :D

  • oH Shit, Awesome hahaha this guy is my hero ;)

  • I knew you looked familiar, read about you on simplyshredded. You're the man! haha

  • im so glad i found your channel because it has been very helpful...for putting on mass, any recommendations for reps/sets/rest/bodypart splits or nutrition?

  • i bet he gets a ton of pussy.

  • Dude you are awesome!

  • Damn!

  • Freaking beast!!

  • Do you go heavy on chest and back? And supersets for your arms?

  • @ALPHAandOMEGA44

Generally so. I prefer to go heavier on vertical push/ pull and horizontal push/ pull exercises and higher volume on arms if and when I do them.

  • Kane, how tall are you?

  • Sounds like Leonard from Big Bang Theory at the end

  • @danehb89 i was about to make the same comment and then you said it also... lol i felt the exact same way

  • i love your shoes! whats the name of them or what kind of shoe is it? i searched and searched but didn't find anything.

  • @MrBushMush vibram 5 fingers.

  • Kane may you please respond.

whenever I bench, I don't feel my chest. My form is correct and I've been even using a wide grip. What's the problem?

  • @4mesure2 are you positive your form is correct? do you arch your back? if it still doesn't work, I'd switch to dumb bell bench press with medium weight that you can control and make sure you get that stretch on your chest when you go down

  • Timbah-Kane, Nice PR! Question(s): From reading other sites, I understand you're in short bulking cycles now, most of your year is "in cut" mode. What sort of bulk/cut cycles did you run younger, getting to where you are now? What sort of calorie surplus/deficit in those earlier cycles that got you to where you are now? What sort of BF% fluctuations? What would you do different re: bulk/cut surplus/deficit ideas if you could do it all over again?

  • kuya Kane your not the strongest person but just to have your knowledge in physical excercise and how things should work specific body parts is what amazes me. Keep it up and mabuhay ka lul.

  • hey whos singing that song? nice lift btw~!

  • i thouygth you were gnan surprise us all and go for like 10 reps... but its still good.. 315 for your weight is very good.. i hope i get to bench that much.

  • Nice lift man!

I spot my buddy and he uses suicide grips...he benches a shit load too so I'm always scared af he's gonna drop that shit on himself and I can't upright-row it lol

  • In all seriousness, with a physique like yours, I honestly would have guessed you'd be benching more. I mean still congratulations on the PR, but I just don't understand how you can do clap pull-ups like a joke but can only hit 315 for 2. I understand that the manipulation of one's body weight doesn't fully equate to being able to move heavy weights but still...

  • @Fir3fly798 Yeah but remember he's 43. he probably did a LOT more when he was younger :P

  • @Fir3fly798 he focuses on alot more then just bench probably i'm sure he doesn't even work bench very often.

  • @sbdon71 I'm not debating that. And I'm sure he focuses on many other things because this is the first and only training video I've seen of him doing the bench press. That still doesn't change the fact I guessed he could bench more.

  • no way your 43, u look way young for your age keep up the good work. Wats going to be your new PR now???

  • @eortega14 hes fucking 43? I thought he was like 27 tops

  • Getting stronger! What are your goals bro?

Did you do some before you did these two?

  • suicide grip....be careful bro

  • Do you feel like that arm band helps with pain in that area? This morning I did a set of 8,8, and 7 of 225 and that exact part of my arm was killing me but only on the right side.

  • oh shit, awesome

  • beast!!!

  • you da man kane!!!

  • Kane, you are super inspiring to me, so awesome to watch :D

  • Comment removed

  • wtf man I didn't think you were this strong.

  • Fantastic weight to body ratio. Good job! All chest no leg drive.

  • Kane, how often do you workout your ABs?

  • @timbahwolf proves why 40 is the new 20 :) Win!

  • How do you focus with that shitty ass music?

  • kanes an animal !

  • insane shoulders

  • your a beast!

  • 315 x 2? That's pretty awesome!

  • INCREDIBLE

  • Why do people use the grip where your thumb doesn't lock the bar in place? Whats the negative of that?

  • @BaSeLiNee

I've had wrist and forearm issues for the last while. A bit of pain both pronating or supinating so.... A false grip is easier for me.

  • @timbahwolf how are you dealing with that pain on your forearm ?, if i understood correctly...

does your wrist and forearms bother when you do chin ups or any other back exercises ?

  • @timbahwolf the snatch grip also makes power reps easier right? I can always do more with the snatch grip then the closed grip

  • @BaSeLiNee Its more comfortable for me and am able to push more. Everyone is different though some people feel stronger and more comfortable with the thumb go around the bar.

  • @BaSeLiNee

    suicide grip

it feels better for some people. but it's called suicide grip for a reason

  • whats ur arm size??

  • Kane, this is awesome! Are you 43? I think I read somewhere about your age, but not sure. And also, how long have you been working out? :D Keep it up!

  • @panbondzio007

Yes, I am. I started training probably when I was 12 or 13. More seriously though just after I turned 30.

  • @timbahwolf That's cool man!

  • @panbondzio007

43? Damn, I was thinking mid thirties, seriously. I guess natural bodybuilding and staying in shape keeps you looking healthy and young :)

  • @panbondzio007 Is he awesome? Yepp... but I would have to disagree a bit here. Sure he's the kingpin in his gym no question but I think I read somewhere that he spends like ALL day in the gym. Dude... you have a better body than 99% of anyone anywhere. Get outside a bit (and I don't mean to work out some more). There's no reason you can't maintain what you have with an hour a day 5-6 days a week. I'm sure your diet is pretty spot on so no worries there. What's it all leading up to? Enjoy life.

  • @elitedefense72 Maybe he enjoys going to the gym? Maybe he doesn't want to just maintain what he has? This is a PR for him so it should be apparent to you that he's still trying to improve his strength, not just maintain it. "Enjoy life" how do you know he doesn't enjoy life by just going to the gym? Peoples preferences differ from one another.

  • @elitedefense72

ALL day? I do sometimes workout 9-12 times per week but I hardly call that all day. And yes, if I was interested in only maintaining I could probably do that in 3-4 workouts per week. In fact I could probably still make gains training 3-4 times per week. As ceelman said though I do enjoy training. I rarely work more than 15 hours per week but probably still training that much per week. We each have different definitions of what we would consider 'enjoying life'.

  • @elitedefense72 enjoy life? u mean binge on booze, eat like crap and spend HOURS AND HOURS on facebook?? like timba said, we all have different definitions of what "enjoying life" means

  • @tuco1213 No I didn't mean anything like that. I guess I am more of an "outdoors" person. I don't do any of those things you mentioned. I exercise regularly and eat well. I just can't see spending that much time inside four walls every day. But Timbah is right... everyone has their own version of enjoying life. I was just questioning what the goal is? To compete? To run a business around it? Or is it just to be the top dog in the gym for his age and king of youtube? Anyway good work Timbah.

  • @elitedefense72

I understand. I have no plans to compete but I am actually opening my own studio pretty much for shits and giggles in January. LOL! As I've said in the past, training is no longer even a means to an end for me... I enjoy it that much that its an ends in itself. And I still enjoy life... if by life you mean "pop tarts and HD porn." ;)

  • @tuco1213 lol

  • nice!, 140kg at what bw? :D

  • @immanstrom

I weighed myself at 178.5 lbs yesterday morning.

  • @timbahwolf nice, so 80kg bw then :D very nice lifting!

  • @timbahwolf kane how tall are u and how much your biceps measure if u can tell me,thx alot and btw i cant belive your actually 43

  • @timbahwolf dam! Motivation. Im 23 in the Air Force. I really need to get more serious and be consistent in the gym.
