Being from Idaho, as this woman is.. I can tell you right now that although her house looks quite expensive, it is likely a Corey Barton home, meaning it looks nice but the walls are likely cardboard and made with the cheapest materials around. In that area of Idaho the average salary is 30,192, women making 18,000 so when she wrote about being in need I believe it. In a town where the population is only around 4,000 means lack of constant work is probably an issue.

yes there is a lot of people that dont have houses but there is a reason those people dont have houses. the people that dont have a house maby cant afford one or they spend all the money on drugs and beer and cant afford to have a house because of that. Honestly, I'm tired of people being selfish and saying that the people who get these amazing chances, don't deserve it, and that there are people living in worse conditions out there. Yes, that IS true, but people so need to be happy that at least one family is living better now. Well this sure is uplifting. But I can't help but to imagine the MORE deserving families out there. Did you see that mother of a house they have?? Ever since my ass of a dad left us, my mom, brother and i had to leave our home for a smaller rental, then had to move in with my steadily dying grandmother because we couldn't keep up with the rent. Both me and my mom cannot find work and life has just been sucky for years. And yet this family gets all this stuff cause a few bills are hard to pay!?

I dont believe its jelousy that people are feeling. I am a single parent of two and also did not have any money for gifts and I struggle every month to make ends meet. I didnt even buy a tree because I couldn afford anything to put underneath it. I see a married woman with 7 kids a nice big home and is doesnt look like she is starving. I am happy she got help but lets be honest here, Christmas is about being together and counting our blessings, not about the amount of gifts under the tree.
