Currently I'm at the end of week four with 130 pushups as my highest. And it is HARD to do!

Try to add just 1 or 2 pushups per week and think how fast you will hit 100

Did you stretch after you did legs at the gym??
The weight is not that important - it's how you look and feel that counts

There's a really cool pushup program I'm trying out that spaces out the reps to build upper body strength. It's a very smart way to do it.
I like black nails too, occasionally. My parents hate 'em. haha.
