jeez, everytime i look down i see another stupid comment... where are you getting 3000$? grand toatal crysis cost me 700, and im happy with the fact that i can play crysis anywhere, did you factor a tv into your killzone cost, or are you just watxhing the ps3 spin up?

ok, i havent played killzone 2, so im not gonna argue about most of those, but i have to disagree with 4 and 10, i've replayed crysis half a dozen times, and its been a different experience each time, due to its freedom of choice, and i never noticed any balance issues in multi.

@ilikebumfluff ummm... i guess we're ignoring the fact that killzone 2 was released 2 years later, right? I love it when ppl feel that have to trash talk a game that is 3 years old, and still far better then most other games on the market.

and as one simple last fact just to let you know you are horribly wrong, factually, both consoles (ps3/360) have 256MB of RAM which is used for texture rendering, anti-aliasing, shaders and display output. In crysis, a simple grass texture is 1024x1024, which is 3MB. Look it up. And consider again that Crysis is OPEN, NON-LINEAR WITH SHADERS EVERY INCH OF THE WAY THROUGH THE GAME.

the list goes on. Crysis on a technical level destroys Killzone 2, and has a far more "realistic" look to it (which is obvious seeing how its the artistic choice, compared to the look that Killzone 2 went for, which is obviously not realism)

Killzone 2 looks great, but nowhere near touches what Crysis does, and PS3 can NOT replicate it. Ever. Never.

The prettiest thing about Killzone 2 is its Gun animation.

dont get me wrong, i think Killone 2 looks amazing, and I too love the guns animations. I think it looks fantastic. But, on the greater end of everything, Killzone 2 is a linear, close quarter with a few open environments here and there, shooter, while Crysis is far more open with a more natural realistic look to it, more interactive environment with more particles and shaders, better lighting like "god rays" (lights streaming through the trees) better dynamic lighting and shadowing, etc etc

btw,regarding your comment about the weapons movement when you run,its called weapon inertia, and its a setting in Crysis.You can knock it down to where it stays still, or you can set it all the way up to where it moves "lifelike"

Dude, honestly,I dont even know why I am typing all this..You are a joke, and anyone with half a brain would know you are a complete joke for honestly thinking Killzone 2 looks 5 times better then crysis.Killzone doesnt even render a quarter of what goes on in crysis.

Killzone 2 is pretty, but nowehere near the detail and SCALE that Crysis is, and its texture resolutions are muddy compared to Crysis. Again, what makes Crysis 10x more impressive is how it has a large draw distance and the game renders the trees in the far distance. The CryEngine 3 for PS3/360 cant potray a thing the CryEngine 2 can in its pure form. Cryengine 3 is scalable to were it can be downsized to run on 360/PS3, while it can run way better on PC.

Also, mind you, this video is low quality as hell, and, its of the multiplyer which doesn't come close to touching the visuals of the single player. BTW, everything in Crysis is destructable, and isnt pre-scripted scenarios. Yea, like I said, larger scale. the missions are structered openly, you can approach missions freely and a big island, no load times or scripted events. everything is destructable, from sheds, to the actual environemnt.Hell, not a single blade of grass in Crysis stands still

far more advance AI, Motion blur that puts every game to shame, skeletal system in the characters which allow them to move and adjust based on slope of the environment. Better particle effects, its scary. The physics are absolutely amazing in Crysis, I am starting to believe you either never played, or played on a horrible computer.The lighting, dynamic shadows, soft shadowing, etc in Crysis is something Killzone wishes it could imitate.The water alone requires more power then the PS3 can handle

Killzone has nowhere NEAR the scope of Crysis. Draw distances, and just how much is actually generated in those distances. Crysis has far higher res textures, higher res then Killzones native res, a whole lot more normal mapping, especially parallax mapping,,

hey I just finished Crysis few days ago and I wanna ask if there's a faster way to switch suit mode? In my situation I have to press 4 for 4 times to switch to cloak mode and sometimes it just responds to the wrong mode, but luckily the game on normal is pretty easy so I can get pass :D but really wanna know if there's any other hot keys that allow me to directly switch to each mode. btw cool vid and cool music, nice work!
