Wow... my workplace has THE EXACT SAME ELEVATOR!! Same chime, same fixtures, same cab interior (except the floor is carpet), and SAME MOTOR SOUND! So I'm guessing this is could be an Otis because the elevator at my place is branded Otis.

I would say that was made by "Garden State Elevator Industries Inc" since they made the elevat0rs at the NJT part of NY Penn. Sta and they look identical to this 1

That is not a Dover motor nor a Dover interlock. Trust me I have been on this elevator before and it shows absolutly so signs of being a Dover.
