Its VERY mature. Its said to have one of the best plots in Anime hisrory. Its name is Elfen Lied. Its very psycological. I suggest dont watch it if you dont like naked poeple of blood. There LOTS of both. Theres horror and action in it too but its very psycological.

It follows two people: a boy and a girl. The girl has powers to kill people with invisable arms, she is the evolution to man and she is the the first of her kind who can mate. She falls in love with a boy and chaos rains as the goverment wants her back. Theres spin-offs of the series but I can see only a few resemblenses to the original besides being creepy as shit and the psycology.
