Of course your recipes are excellent, but for me this dish didn't work. I think I shredded my cucumber too fine, so it was just mush in the end. I will be trying the Rice Tuna Salad next. May I suggest mixing up the music a bit?? A little monotonous, but please keep posting your recipes!! hugs for helping me be a better wife to my Algerian hubby!
i love moroccan cucumber salad, my fiance does this for me during these summer days....the only difference is that he puts all the ingredients in a blender which turns out to be like a moroccan cucumber smoothie!!! delicious!!! :):0:)!!!!!

La soupe salée:
1 concombre - le jus de 1/2 citron - thym - 1 cuillière (petite) huile d'olive
La soupe sucrée:
1 concombre - 1/3 bol de jus d'orange - sucre - 1/3 cuillière (petite) l'eau de fleur d'oranger
