We tend to Brown Bag them for a few days after we've let them Hang for 3/4 days in a dark dry room with an occillating fan blowing 20 hours roughly, or until the stalks are slightly brittle with all the leaves fully 'wrapped' around the buds leaving them slightly most as well. After a couple days depending, in the Brown paper bags, Then we put them into the jam/pickling Jars, Usually Flippn the jars to help seal them better. Few differnt methods, all work well usually, Cheers!!!

Just drying them isnt really curing them to full potential of taste & potency,my personal mix for taste is a few spoon fulls of sugar,some karo syrup/.malasos,some olive oil,some vineger & then mix with a little boiling hot water-then i baste my buds with it & let them sun dry-makes for super sticky buds & the taste is very smooth & rich/sweet,you should try it some time.

Wow, thats some bad advice. Start curing before its dry and it'll mould. Not everyone has a climate in which weed will dry in three or four days. In more humid countries, or colder ones you can be drying for three weeks. Everyone has to tailor their drying times to their local conditions. Also once the plant is cut, there is no more trichome production especially once youve started curing, so no 4%.

It is our opinion that if the stem is snappable, the buds will be way too dry. We take the buds when the outside leaves are dry but the bud is still a bit damp. Then let is sit in the jar, opening at least one hour per day to air. You do not need dark, but do not dry it in direct sunlight.
