If you every played Mario party puzzle mode on Nintendo DS, one of the games are similiar to your game. They have the same concept of the triangles, only variation is the matching of the triangle blocks, in that game you have to rotate every 3 triangles to match up colors.

No sure if Nintendo was informed about this, but It would be a copyright for the concept.

A lot more things can be copyright or patented than you might imagine... it's kind of scary, but just look at how fast the free Tetris clones have disappeared from app-store land.
