Eighty years would STILL have to have passed in between the two times in order for 2099 to BE there. Time is a linear progression. In order for there to a point nine, you have to progress through 1-8 first.

And that's a Hell of a lot of time to beleive that nobody could have walked in, noticed the damage to the experiment, reported it to somebody, and something getting done? They just let the mess lie?

Hey GhostRobo, here are few tips to be good at Spiderman 2099 (My friend & I are sharing this game, I'm playing as 2099 while he's Amazing)

Only use your Accelerated Decoy to dodge enemy attacks. Never attack in Accelerated Decoy mode unless you performed a Perfect Decoy. It drains the meter faster. Web attacks slow general enemies down, and always use Light attacks unless your are fighting in the middle of a group, then use Heavy attacks. Hope you read this :)

the music scores for a lot of these newer games (even the trailers!) are incredibly well written. that's one of the things about Arkham Asylum that I just loved, and Shattered Dimensions has a great title score as well.

Don't know if you'll read this GhostRobo; as 2099, your accelerated Decoy doubles yourself, it doesn't help you dodge though. So when you fight, make sure you remember that in boss fights. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong - I haven't played the game but that's what i looks like).
