More a structural than a poetical Chopin, less from the point of view of a virtuoso, but it suits to the Polonaise Brillante and also with a good sound and technique. I must say this is amazing! :-)
@berlinzerberus As far as Chopin goes, he said once that the way Alfred Cortot played him will be the best. Therefore it was better to leave him [Chopin] alone.
Wonderful playing. Wish Chopin featured more in his repertoire.

@berlinzerberus I think he said he would have had to have specialised in Chopin if he was going to play it, which he obviously chose not to do.
