This was a really good tutorial! I still have trouble getting myself up to a handstand...I can hold a regular handstand pretty long but I don't think I'm strong enough to push up. Do you have any strengthening tips?

your videos are really good and so are your gymnastics skills, but you need to stop saying "um" and "like" so much, it makes you look unprofessional. and you need to work on your technique A LOT. other than that, good job :)
@supersingpink2 if you'll notice, when shes in the handstand at the very end, she is wearing different clothes than she is in the rest of the video. And, she isnt in a cast. The video clip at the end is obviously taken from an earlier time.
@hasiongirl01 she has more gymnastics training so Sloane prefers when she does the gym stuff. Of course Sloane had a broken leg here & couldnt do them anyways

how should your hands be when doing a handstand overall like I know your arms have to be shoulder length but like should your hands be facing forward cuz mine stick out to the side how should my hand position be??!

@Kanika1515 Ask someone to spot you so you aren't scared & they can help you so you learn how much force you need to kick up. (make sure to practice over mats or grass)

@VeradoonKing We sometimes get sore wrists doing back handsprings on the wood dance floors, etc. It is best to stretch & warm them up - we do some wrist exercises in our handstands video

@harleyquinn1152 You dont need splits to get your handstand. Good handstands take a lot of practice. To help with upside down balance, you can also practice headstands and elbow stands

Could you give me a tip? I can even do handstand pushups but against the wall. I'm looking for getting balance cuz I always go too far away and fall on my back whenever I try keeping balance without a wall. x_X
@rextored Try to do them just inches away from the wall - that way you can kick back off or put your feet on the wall for balance. You can try agains a couch when you get better - for just the body part to touch and not your legs/feet
I wanted to add in, if you have trouble kicking up into a handstand press, try practicing donkey kicks. Those are when you start in push up position and just kick your legs up like a horse or donkey would if it was angry.

i live on a hill and theres no room inside cuz we live in a s,all jouse and if i try it i will break one of the t.vs or my leg becuz my rooms small i have no where to do it in the lounge room we have heaps of t.vs and 3lounges and theres just no room can u help??
