@sheshaman well i dont need luck weakling because i been doing deadlifts since high school i'm 32 now and my back is just fine, matter of fact IF YOU DO THE DAMN EXERCISE CORRECTLY, you can benefit a lot from it...but you must have been one of those dumbass little post high school graduate clowns who were trying to impress the chicks on the machines with the heavy weight you thought you could move and fucked yourself up and hence the reason for hating on the exercise

@6garbageman9 It is the most common exercise to cause lower back injury, so he isn't talking out his ass and if you do it the way this guy is you are even more likely to fuck it up.

The form isnt PERFECT, hes doing it for reps, this isnt near his 1 rep max, hell its prob more close to 65% of his 1 rep max. @xstarkravinmaddx Of course he is doing something right to get that jacked, it doesn't mean he isn't putting unncessary strain on his spinal discs though, his lower back is rounded and not arched, sure it might be ok now, but it is only a matter of time before he does an injury. Everyone who injurs themselves doing deadlifts does so from rounded lower back, it is basically the only way you can injur yourself doing it.
dude stop deadlifting seiously your form is so bad, maybe some of the worst i have seen you knees bow in feet are to close back is arched no depth in your starting position which means no leg drive.... start over.
i saw yur bodyspace and you said you want to be able to run around with yur kids when yur older...well u wont be able to if u keep deadlifting like that

Bad form.
You need more leg drive and you need to push your hips forward.
Looks like your knees go inward when at bottom position, which is quite bad for your knees.
Less weight and work on your form.
