Damn, for a turbo car that thing really has a nice, flat acceleration profile. It looks to be an exceptionally smooth ride too. What an awesome racecar. I have never heard of or seen one of these before.
Nice car but even in a technical sport like racing you have to have some looks. I think that is the major objection to the Diaso, it does look ungainly. It is obviously fast however.
Having seen them in person at Putnam Park, they are very sharp and thought so when I saw them beforehand on their website. I have not seen a racecar for this segment that gets it nearly so correct, its safe fast durable relativly inexpensive as it comes with the correct features out of the box if you will. Now if I only had 85g's to play with I would be in good shape ;o]. Look at the chassis photo's they are impressive. To my taste his is one nice looking car and I am rather hard to please.

'Dogbox or manual?' It is both...it is a Hewland FTR 6-speed sequential manual gearbox.

That is the first time I have ever heard a negative comment about the car's looks. Have you seen a D962R in person?
When my customers are at the track, they talk about constantly being swamped with interest in the car.

Nice driving there. What lap times were you making with this new turbo as opposed to when you ran without it?
