The trick is that you have to use the egg which been lay by chicken for more than 5 days old. Fresh lay egg will not do the trick because after cook it will still sick with egg shell. No refrig egg work best, that mean the egg is still in it original life. Give it a try, no matter how u peel, it's easier than fresh lay egg.

i think the easiest way is to okace the egg on a table, puting enough oresure to crack it, then roll it around on the table with the pressure, cracking the eggshell all over. it just comes right off after.
