I've done it and it really isn't that bad; you need to have strategy! Don't chuck it down your throat like an idiot, treat it like you're eating sugar; you'd never chuck that straight down your throat. Wait for it to dissolve on your toungue and become soluble enough to ingest, because it can't be when it's powder. Take your time, endure the heat and be patient; there's no time constraint, but anything below 5 minutes is fine.
