For those having a problem with 2:40, I was two, then upon reading @xostephy s reply, I figured it out.

There is a simple metal loop holding it in. Using whatever you can find available, softly pry it off and the insides should jump out a bit.

The metal bit is the shiny bit at the top of the hole. Just pry it towards the other end and you should be right ;D
