Stop with the MORONS. Whoever made the video obviously didn't know for one. 2) Just listen to the music. That was what this video was made for. Not to give information or anything the sort. 3) Half the video who come here aren't much interested in anything about what culture this is really for. Once again, people are just here to listen to the music.Thumbs up, or thumbs down this comment. I really don't give two shits. But you people really know how to kill the music with your negative comments.
i love when me and my friends turn this up REALLYY loud with the windows down and make our way through a fully packed parking lot. sooo funny. try it.
MORONS- this is tribal music, yes, but not african-- any true SOAD fan would know, this is a traditional ARMENIAN song, therefore, whomever created this video montage is a complete reject. Thanks for putting this clip up however, appreciate that much
@RocKrazy89 First off , stop calling people morons when you don't have all the facts, either. Second, Armenia's so close to Africa, I'm surprised you don't see the influence. Third, there are NO "traditional" Armenian songs... it's Seljuk folk music. I wouldn't have bothered to mention all this, but your all-caps "morons" crap really bugged the hell out of me. Read the books before you get a hard-on for a foreign band and then decide you're an expert on their country...
@timmy25able: MORON. 1st, Armenia is more than 1000 miles from the closest tip of Egypt, past the Middle East. 2nd, the music of this song is from an Armenian Christian Church hymn Der Voghormia. 3rd, The Armenians have been around for more than 4k years, and have great traditional wealth. 4th, Seljuk people are not Christian. Armenians are the 1st Christian people since the year 301. The Der Voghormia hymn asks God to come help the Armenian people from the Seljuk Turk's treachery.
@rastashlomo Hence Bonus Track, this song is placed seconds after the final riff of Aerials, so therefore it cant be classified as a hidden track. It possesses no musical similarities to Aerials whatsoever, it is its own song. However it does not have its own listing or track slot. It is, therefore a bonus track.
@greenery80 how long did it take you to find the Wikipedia article on that one, bud?
