Lately I've been trying to lose 10 lbs (I'm 5'4 135). I go on a mile walk ea. day. I've been trying to lose the weight by eating healthier. Here is my average meals per day: B: Oatmeal, Yogurt and banana L: Turkey sandwich , corrots, apple, 1/4 cup peanuts Sn: Fruit and some blue corn chips with hummus D: Meat based something, 1/2 green pepper, an orange, 1/2 can canned corn. And I get my 7 glasses of water in.
I've gained 4 lbs, and I've been strick with this diet. Why do you think?
@corgiluver26 Have you been over to my site yet to check out the diet plan options? I think you may be eating too much sugar - even if it comes from natural sources, other than that it seems like a sensible diet. I would check out my plans on my site though. I woud eliminate the orange with dinner unless you want 1/2 for dessert. Instead of blue corn chips and an apple just have carrots with hummus as a snack. How much yogurt are you eating? Is it greek?
@babymouselt14 I made the plan for her after an email exchange between us and yes she got it. Since I put so much time into it, I figured I would make a video to help show her how to do the moves. She gave me shout out on her channel the Feb after I made this video which gave me 5K subscribers in a week. I will forever be grateful to her.

I'm not trying to lose weight, b/c I'm actually underweight, but I don't know how to gain weight the right way, plus I've always eaten super-healthy. Thanks for any help!!
@Charlyn1996 hi! u sound like me when i was 14. 2 hours of soccor practise is alot, and that will deffinatly give you your cardio and strength, and i love how your eating super healthy. some people are naturally a little underweight---i was one of those people. I went to the doctors and got told i had a BMI of 18, but they could easily see by my body that i was in healthy condition and had no problems. i'm now 16 with a bmi of 20, and i havent done anything extra then normal. dont worry :) xxx

great video! I was wondering if you could do a video on calf exercises. I am short and have really muscular calves but I can't fit into cute boots. I have heard about i think calf raises, but I dont know if it actually works. I have also heard that it is genetic. I would love more info. thanks
I was wondering if the Double Leg Lift W/ Exercise Ball was still as effective if you give the ball to your hands and hold above you then give back to your feet.
Because I did a few reps of those at the gym the other day before watching this video.
to Be honest... Excercising isnt the hard part of being healthy, its nutrition! please do videos on nutrition! =] in my case i dont have proper nutrition cuz i really dont know, though i reckon my excercise regime is up to scratch =]

I don't work out..I'm 5'5", and 100 pounds. I eat a lot and don't gain weight..so i don't waste money on a gym or trainer.
