  • I used to play alto sax in middle school which was like 7 years ago after watching this Ive decided to pick it up again.

  • You're awesome ! Make me wanna learn saxo so badly !!! But seems difficult :(

  • @LotusNfx Quite easy actually

  • ohhhhhhhh i LOVE this song !

  • Amazing

  • where did you get this sheet music at?

  • i have some sheet music but its for 2 alto saxes

  • Dude you're freakin' AMAZING!! I don't know why you have that one dislike. I've played alto sax for four years now, and I wish I could be this good! Haha so yeah, keep it up! And by the way, LoZ OoT is my favorite game of all time!

  • Where can I find the sheet music for this?

  • wicked you have a silky smooth tone, so rich man i like this a lot. how long you been playing?

  • Love the Vibrato xD got a Score For that Song? I'd Love to play it :3

  • Great vid

  • Wow this is the best version of Song of Storms on the sax I've heard. Well done!

  • you're amazing!! the sound is so soft and beautifull, you're really talented!

  • The person who pushed the dislike button suffers from seizures and their hand their finger twitched, please forgive them.

  • Tht's soo me :P

  • What reed do you use?

  • @shaddowlinkk Back then, I used Vandoren, but I don't like the "stiffness" of the cane even in the softer strengths. Now, I use either Légère synthetic reeds or Frederick Hemke. I'll use either or for pop/jazz, but only the Hemke for classical works.

  • @bassoonboy84600 thanks! ill be sure to check those out

  • really nice.

  • how do u do this make a tutorial :D

  • You are really good! :D

  • dude ur tone is so damn rich and silky smooth... how do u learn to control ur sound and play like that???

  • @MegaCaleb55 because hes black yo there meant for that saxophone and those trumpets

  • @MegaCaleb55 Well, If you must know, I put in a bajillion hours practicing long tones and scales/arpeggios EVERY day, and I have the conceptualized sound that I want in my head, and I make it happen. Now-a-days, I also practice overtones which are kind of difficult. I haven't posted anything new in a whileeeeee, though. Also, it helps to have at least decent equipment.

  • @bassoonboy84600 i can't even do a vibrato..

  • Such nice nice vibrato... this should have been in the game instead of the ocarina hehe keep playing :D

  • fucking insane

  • thats sick

  • If I saw a guy in the subway playing this I'd give him at least a $5 bill.

If he was wearing a Link hat then $20

  • @Eddie6188 I have made it my life goal to be that person wearing a Link hat.

  • any way i can get the notes???? Lol

  • like the swaying motion. i notice that i tend to do it too (but less then you) good job!

  • Yo bro how did you get it to sound like it does i mean it just sounds angelic dude you gotta send me the notes for this.(I play sax too)

  • I loved it, especially the high notes but.... Put more air through that horn!. TIGHTEN UP YOUR NECK STRAP!. lol. (:.

  • hey do you mind telling me what type of sax that is

  • What type of saxophone is this? Looks like e flat

  • @HypnotizedDream Its an alto which is in Eb, Hope that helped :)

  • That was good =D I mean, it sounded better cause you had music in the background helping, but still good!

  • sheet music please

  • Holy shit dude! I didn't find any good vids of this at first, and was planning on doing one myself, but now I'm not sure I want to be compared to you, you're too good!

  • Wow dude your amazing, I hope to see more music from you.

  • Thx. I've been very busy with college stuff, but I hope to post some new stuff soon!

  • man that waz awesome

  • This is some of the best playing I've ever heard on sax. Damn, man. You got somethin in my opinion!

  • oh man, what did you press to play that?

  • Awesome!

  • My God, it's so smooth. Show me how to play...

  • My private lesson teacher, who has played sax all his life, moves around when he plays. As long as you keep your chest open (so you don't collapse your lungs) and keep a steady embouchure it should be fine

Great job, probably the best i've seen play this

  • dude that was sick...and nice grooven while playin

  • woo!nice job!

  • nice playing. It is a bad habbit to move around while you play. You can move a little. Keep your feet about shoulder length apart. Keep them steady. Keep your elbows out wider to stop the "flapping" motion too. You dont want people to be moving their heads like its a tennis match ( ; anyway. good playing. hope you take what i said into account

  • Everyone loves the so called "flapping" and moving around. It's a soloistic thing that invokes emotion into what one is playing. It's not a habit; it's an emotional thing that is only felt and utilized when I play something soulful. I would never do this "flapping" in a concert band/orchestral setting (unless I had a big time solo). That's just rude.

  • Its a habbit and not a good one. Rocking back and forth is a "good" habbit. I play saxophone, trust me, i know. It lost me a contest.

  • Well, I'm not at a contest. I'm having fun, so I continue to rock AND roll, and, daggum, it's spelled "H-A-B-I-T" and not "habbit". Loosen up some. Not everything has to be played by the books. Have you ever heard of that three letter word "fun"?

  • You posted your video on youtube... you are obviously looking for some constructive criticism. I said you played well, which you did, gave you some advice for later. But no... ok. That doesn't make sense to me.

  • Actually, I wasn't looking for any criticism. My music professors will take care of that. I'm just displaying my talents that God has so graciously bestowed upon me; therefore, it all goes back to that three letter word that I mentioned earlier, "fun".

  • criticism and constructive criticism are two very different things. Also I dont think you should post youtube videos if you are not going to accept advice...

  • I thought this was lovely, but I personally would like to hear more. T_T

  • That was absolutely amazing man.Awesomely great tone. Most sax players have awefulpitch, yours is amazing. And you also don't squeek on the higher notes.

  • What can I say, I had an awesome band director. "KMHS! You don't want none," jkjk lol. ^__^

  • lol.I don't doubt that you had an awesome band director.I myself play snare.

  • good job man!! very amazing

  • That was really good bruh. work on ur air stream a little tho.

  • Well, this was more of a reed issue than an airstream issue.

  • You amaze me!!

I wish i could play sax. :D I play bassoon and clarinet..working on trumpet. :D

  • Alto Sax is actually a popular double for bassoon players. Bassoon is going to be my concentration in college when this year starts. I don't have any bassoon vids though. u_u

  • I dont want to post videos of me playing. It's a personal thing. When I can learn that everyone makes mistakes and that I'll never be able to play anything PERFECT then I might.

  • I know exactly how you feel. I'm the same way when it comes to singing. But anyway the most experienced musicians make mistakes but the key is to recover so quickly that people are like, "S/He made a mistake? ¿Cómo se what?" lolz.

  • pls give me a link of email me the music sheet

  • OMG

    You are good.

    How long you been playing

  • Band 6 yrs. on bassoon, and about 3 yrs. sax. (self taught on sax).

  • I love it! Your a very talented saxophone player. Your songs would sound even more awesome if you recorded the other parts and played with them, but still very nice

  • can u tell me the notes plz

  • Concert pitch or Eb Alto Sax pitch?

  • Eb Alto Sax pitch plz

  • can you tell me too? I play on Eb Alto Sax pitch.

  • yeah tell me notes to plzz i beg of you!

    Eb alto sax pitch

  • plzzzz tell me too!!! Eb

  • 2 questions

    1.selmer c*??

    2. wats ur main instrument?

  • 1. Yes

    2. That's a tough question to answer 'cause I don't play in the band anymore at my high school, but here's the rundown from middle school to the present: Flute in 6th grade for about 5 months (I still play for fun), then I switched to Bassoon for 5 3/4 years (I stopped playing 'cause I dropped band. I plan to continue in college.), Saxophone for almost 2 1/2 yrs. (I play at church). I plan to major in either saxophone performance or Bassoon performance when I go to college. IDK yet.

  • 1. s 80 chamber?

    2. i guess it depends on wht ur bettr at

  • 1. IDK about the chamber part, but it is an s 80.

  • lol i always loved that song
