Quick question, this video contained answers to some of the larger questions I had but, What about a cohesive framework for pursuing evasion of a communities laws? What if I kill some one and go on the run?

More importantly, wouldn't the implementation of any type of wide-scale structure for the apprehension/prosectution of such individuals lead inevitably to some sort of statist type system of legislation and/or authority?

I've heard people raise this objection too. I understand it, but it's kind of funny when you think about it. I mean, I'd be shocked if the person raising the objection could describe 5% of the federal, state, and local laws they live under right now (lawyers included!). They also don't seem very concerned when they go on vacation to a country with a whole new set of laws.

Areas don't seem the right way to describe it. I would call it more of a "subscription". An area seems like the "love it or leave it" argument is creeping around the corner.

I think areas would be more effective. It makes sense for like-minded people to congregate geographically. I just think that is what would end up happening.

pre-christian Iceland had the subscription based society. Establishing permanent areas are very dangerous because it opens up for taxation.

i once had someone criticize my libertarianism because that would mean that "people could just walk around naked if there weren't laws preventing it." my response was that of course certain areas will rejoice in nudity whereas most areas will probably be more clothing oriented.

people are under the assumption that everyone is going to totally go crazy once statist laws go away. all of the sudden they would burn their clothes and run around naked!
