2 protoss base vs 1 terran base is not even at all. Only later in the game when its at least 3 base vs 2 the advantage start to even out.

Nada did the standard rax + gas at 12, which is approximately the optimal timing to have a factory ASAP. Then after the factory is laid, you switch to 1 SCV on gas because you don't need much until the 2nd fac is up. This is standard; Nada's gas was not unusually early or strange in any way.

I agree with you on Nada's build order. He did go rax + gas at 12 after saving up 250 minerals. However, it is not the optimal timing for an early factory, it's just the way that Nada does it. A lot of terran players do 10 rax, 11 gas and do not queue up that 11th scv before the supply depot is done. It means your scv production is halted for a moment but your factory is out faster. Nice catch of Combat's mistake though.

Actually, scan only costs 50 gas...usually it's a mineral concern, because academy is 150 minerals and scan is 50 of each. But Terran get it midgame because 150 minerals is most of the minerals for a factory, a siege tank, or 2 vultures...something you don't want to forgo early game.
