I was at Fully CHarged on Feb. 24th 10:30AM in Duluth GA. AWESOME SHOW!!! RIngling Brothers animals are the best taken care of animals in the entire world. They are treated like humans.

This is amazing. As in any industry, sure there might be a few bad apple trainers that get out of line, but generally they are all not like this.

What is amazing is that I just got back from a Rodeo.  Never been to one before. I saw nobody outside of the rodeo protesting that this is animal abuse. We are talking about blatent stuff according to your standards, lassoing a baby calfs, putting straps on bulls to make them kick. Where are the animal rights activists there? Double-standard?

Levinsonman- yah they are! Animals aren't meant for circus entertainment acts.elephants don't preform because they want to, the preform because they are afraid not to. If the do something wrong they are jabbed with bull hooks.did u see those long black poles that those men in black had in there hands,those were bull hooks!get a clue! Oh yeah the don't abuse the animals,that's why they live in caged parking lots,cars,and trains.

I am a vet tech student. they beaten, taze, and take babies elephants from their mother when they should be nursing. he watched a video in class of a trainer killin a mother elephant in front of the 3mo old baby so the baby learned to live in fear of the trainers. Also, this 4 yr old elephant, benjamin, didnt do atrick right, they pushed him into a pond and watched him try to swim and breathe for his life, the video showed it and you saw him drown

I too know about animals, but to say that this circus is torturing their animals is wrong. Ringling Bros. and Barnum Bailey have been known to care tremendously for theses beautiful animals. Before something is said make sure you know what you're saying. i am not supporting animal abuse at all, in fact it the worst thing to ever do to a creature. All I am saying before anyone says anything about this do some homework. This was said with all respect intended and a nice persona as well.

I know lots of things about animals, and those elephants are being tortured.

Their hearing is like 10000 times better than ours so they ended up becoming a bit deaf.

As they listen to the loud music and sounds, their hearing fades, so it's like listening to a video with your volume on 50 percent.

AND, the elephants are being kept in cages, sent all around the world, and forced to do "humorous" acts.

I know the people need protection, but it's their fault for coming to watch and or preform.

@AlexandrBelikov I believe you can judge a person (or people, governments, business, etc) by how they treat the innocent, the dependent, & those who can do nothing for them. When Ringling Bros. is consistently found guilty of not complying with the Humane-Treatment Act, how can you expect anybody to back off? @TheTiffanysunshine Go to the circus. Lookat the elephants, tigers and horses. You can tell they are treated very well. If they were abused why would they do the tricks if they are miserable. The horses are glossy and the elephants are enjoying the spotlight. You cant believe everything the press says. Who says they are right?
