The key to this investigation will be to find people who saw how the ring appeared and disappeared. Did the ring materialized and dematerialized without moving, or did it decelerate to a stop and then maneurver of accelerate away? There are plenty o reports of UFOs/disks apparing and disppearing, as if they posses stealth/cloaking technology. Is this ring a partially cloaked disk?
