I still get chills watching this kick. I met Van and the rest of the players after this game. Words can't describe how special that was to a 13 yr old girl that loves the Tide. After all these years I still know ever word the anouncer says in the game when it comes to 6 seconds! ROLL TIDE!

This is a great video. I love how you really get to see what the players were thinking on that day by hearing from the players themselves.

Van Tiffin is a hero in the state of Alabama. Im thrilled to see him talk about "The Kick". Ive wondered what he thought about that. I was 11 when it happened and this is the first interview ive seen with him since.
