Dude I ment Comicwise. I agree with you on everything else relax man. Animation wise and Movie wise Marvel is kicking ass. Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America all leading up to an Avengers movie. Thats an awsome game plan and one that DC/WB should be emulating.

So let me reiterate DC is kicking Marvel's ass in Comics alone. Animation wise well While I like Batman Brave and The Bold. I think The Spectacular Spider-Man and Wolverine & The X-Men are much better shows.
