Hi hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my auntie got detailed Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.
Oh hai! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got amazing Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.
My low back is crazy tight. Lots of stress in life lately. I discovered your video, and I really like your energy, and how you describe and show each part thoroughly. I do some yoga, including restorative, which I love. I'm going to try this now. I do have osteoporosis, so I 'm going to start with a very 'low' towel (like 1 inch) at first. Thank you! I know from past experience it's going to help!
This is amazing! I have suffered with lower back pain for many years and after the recommended 5 minutes (when my back got really warm is this normal?!) for the first time I didn't have any back pain! Obviously it wore off and the pain gradually came back but I'm going to keep doing this along with strengthening exercises.
My lower back was very stiff and sore this morning. I stretched a bit then I tried this and my back popped almost automatically. The relief was instantaneous. Thank you!
had back-pain for past 2 months, tried sleeping on floor, hard bed, soft bed .. no improvement BUT with this yoga it went away. thanks a lot lady .... now i can sit for long duration of chair, bend down and be up pretty quickly ...
Ok I tried it and then went to sleep, today that lower area is still sore, and it hurts to bend down (and especially to come back up!) but I am able to get up from a lying down position without it hurting too badly so I guess that's progress.
my lower back has been stiff for the passed 3 days, I tried sleeping with pillows under my legs, side sleeping with a pillow between my knees - nothing has worked, I really hope this helps !
Many thanks again Esther for all your wonderful videos. I did this yesterday (after some gentle warm up!) & it eased the stiffness that I'd had for several days instantly. I did it before going to bed & followed it with an ice pack for 10mins & "violla" no stiffness this morning ;-). As soon as my pay cheque goes through I will be ordering your beginner yoga DVD.
DO you guys think its a good idea to do this type of exercises for some one that got l1 and l2 dislocated >? i suffer from siatic and also my l1 and l2 are a little dislocated that causes stiff back and lower back pain.
@VATOLOCO3000 Hi, From a distance I have to say check with your doctor what he/she thinks. I would use a much lower roll and adapt the exercise for you if you would be one of my students here and I could be there to supervise. But I can't from a distance, really see what your doctor says!
whoa, thanks so much esther! i recently started taking an acne medication, and unfortunately a side effect is a stiff back. this is just the perfect video for me! thanks!
I don't think doing this will increase your lordosis and it will definitely help loosen your muscles and have some more space down there ... but if lordosis is your problem, you really need to strenghten your abs before, so you can pull from your core the lower spine back to its normal position. That has been my experience. Good luck!

i compared it with another method for information for making people with hurt back choose, your 4000years old shit facts have nothing to do with medicine.

You didnt, just wanted to make myself clear of what i meant, and dont take the word "shit" so serious it have another meaning :), like your style so keep on typing stuff.
@PyramidHead2000 Ask your doctor,it depends how progressed it is and where etc. Lengthening and creating space in that area is always recommended. But it is impossible to give you good advice without a closer look!
Thank you Esther, this was very helpful. Would you make some exersices for Mid and specially Upper back pain? Thanks for the concideration. Namaste, Bianca
Good...I will add this to my regime of stretches...thanks!!
