great to see these old vid's, I'm a 27 yr vol, in Connecticut ,started driving a 59 Int 195 Farrar, double clutch square tooth tranny, that was driving, now all I do is push a button and go.
I drove a Ford C cab pumper for about 10 years. They had such a short wheelbase that you could get them anywhere you could get a pickup truck. The only thing I hated about it was the lack of power. It had a 534 gas engine and you could have run faster than it would go up a steep hill. You had to keep it in 2nd with the engine redlined the whole way up the hill.
every summer I go to the Bristol 4th of July Parade(the oldest 4th of July Parade in the country) and I see truck from the early 1900's, the 20's, the 30's, the 40's, and the 50's. I'd actually like to see some trucks from and that were used in the 70's and 80's.

VERY nice. Added to my Ford C-Series play list. That commentary was very interesting, too.

Great footage, and the engine close-up at the end is a nice touch! Not convinced about the music though.
