@frkanozcn37 indeed. This is because of licensing restrictions. They are not allowed make a damage system that effects the monocoque or have rubber marks, mud of paint ripped off because of sponsorship issues, sponsors want their logos visible not covered in dirt. Its ridiculous, no to ways about it.

The AI still behaves stupidly when overtaking or being overtaken. if you go to overtake a car sometimes they stay on the racing line, nice and predictable, sometimes they weave off it when you've already committed to the pass and cause a crash. When an AI driver uses DRS to overtake me on a straight they ALWAYS cut back onto the racing line for the braking zone, and i'm always the one that gets a penalty for the inevitable collision. The AI is fast yes, but there is still a lot of work to do.

Now I tried the s-effect with no assists on. I can't say you gain anything with this tweak without proportionally sacrifying mechanical grip, so I figure all outcry on this matter comes from noobs (as usual) playing with assists on (mainly TC).

And this "feature" effect happens because when you're on assists, the traction control added by the assist nullifies any downside of setting the s****** that high.

Game rocks. Still :)

1. you notice a bit of oversteer

2. no matter what you do it doesn`t correct

3 you spin

4. massive accident

Hey Guys, There is a bug in the game regarding the setup, please let us know when it will be fixed, it's giving an incredible Grip for the car, and it's not nice to be driven anymore, Please fix and update it as soon as possible, it's 4-5 Sec. faster

They really *did* focus on handling and the sim aspect of the game. The handling is spot on running with no assists I have to say, like 10 times more realistic than last years game.

You can also set up customized public lobbies to race in, so you can force no assists, no collisions etc. to your choosing (think Forza2 lobbies).

This game = undisputed champ.... until next years release :)

Finally can rid of 2010 and the ai super zigzaging and smashing me off the track when I'm next to them :D Can't wait for real wheel to wheel which just isn't possible online :P That ticked me off more than anything and the fact the curbs were all ice in dry and gripped in wet races :P So long as the ai don't back right off and still keep it together they've ticked all my boxes already for 2011 :D Come on Amazon delivery to my door :D

@ClaudiousOleander Yes qualifying is about those golden two laps you moron, if you watch F1 at all in Q3 its all about your warm up lap and then blasting a flying lap and going back in and maybe doing that one more time to preserve your tires for the race... so maybe learn a bit about the sport before you start trolling.
