  • Rap is not music. It's hateful poetry set to a beat.

  • Why not solder them?

  • maybe next time talk in the video! music doesnt help to learn . wasting your time upload ing video. I have no ide what the hell u just did! I didnt learn a thing....

  • Fugly!

  • You serious? IN the world of RC, that is just a dumbarse idea. Taping bits of wire to battery ends is about as wasteful and resistive way of doing it. Lower power, less battery life per watt-hour. Fail. Kid's stuff.

  • Thanks............

  • What SOng YOur Use In THis VIdeo ???

    Plzz......... Comment

  • @angelo08106 Fatboy Slim - Funk Soul Brother

  • when they run out... you make a new one?

  • @DaBomb7907

yes, just 10 minutes and new pack is ready

  • How shaII I put this...

That music SUCKED ! ! ! You shouId have your eyebaIIs pecked out of your skuII for submitting ANY of us to that garbage tune. Oh, and have a nice day.

  • i made NI-MH rechargeable battery pack it has 9.6 v

  • i dont get this

  • Amazing drift and power slide there! Very nice!

  • did you fucking do this with non-rechargeable batteries ? omg you are an idiot.

  • 容量の小さい充電池から市販のアルカリ電池に交換したのはGood idea !

    ニッケル水素が1.2Vに対して、乾電池は1.5Vであることを注意すれば

    何セルでも作れますね。作り方も分かりやすくて参考になりました。

    網の代わりに私は、アルミホイル(aluminum foil)を使っています。

  • I may just try your method because you're using an R/C model of my car lmao.

  • forget this im got to WALMART!

  • cool bro it works but u have made a mistake in he first picture of the arrangement of the batteries correct it. u have put - + - + + but it must be - + - + - correct it because of this all people can't do it.

  • ghetto shit bro

  • i want to make 1 of these only with 16 big batterys :/ but how would i charge it :S thanks

  • Hi I need help. I want to make my own custom Ni-Cd 9.6v Battery Pack. Current Nikko one i got now is 620 mAh. I dont know much about electrics, just how to wire a simple circuit. If I used 2000 mAh batteries that are 1.2v each (x8) AA batteries to make 9.6v, surely the 2000 mAh should last alot longer than the 620 mAh?

One other idea was to add more batteries, say 10? 12volts instead of 9.6? Or would that over-power the car and scrap / burnout motors or parts?

please let me know, many thanks.

  • @mikeyb2k9 2000 mAh will work much longer than 620 mAh

I think 12V is too much.

  • @sk8ter3dom yeah i been talking to someone about it on another video. Ive bought 8 x 2500 mAh uniross batteries with a 15 min charger *(does the 2500 in 18mins)* lol. Just gotta finish wiring my battery pack (slot in) thing and im ready to go :D ill let u know how it goes :) accidently shorted my proto-type battery pack (sealed) with none rechargables that i used to test lol... wires must of touched :S managed to notice before the batteries exploded.

  • @sk8ter3dom will it burn up if i put insde Scotch tape and after that Insulating tape ? please reply as soon as possible (Becouse i made it like that) and i don't know will it burn up (i made power fan 12V and i putted

    4 duracell batterys (1.5V each) its 6.0V)

  • @robi4never everything will be fine

  • @sk8ter3dom ok tnx

  • @sk8ter3dom why don't you just buy nihm rechargebles and do it that way

  • did u weld or solder the wire to the battery or just tape it?

what is the wire made of? will it only work with that metal??

im trying to make an airsoft battery which is very similar to this.

  • @abcde401

The wire simply taped, but is better to solder it

Wire usual, likely iron, is better to use copper

  • Try this! Look for a plastic battery holder for 4 - "AA" Batteries, then attach a Single holder for the 5th Battery. This will give you the 5 battery capacity without having connection issues. Also, by being able to remove and replace batteries you can use recharge-ables and save cash. Battery holders for 4 - "AA" batteries are available @ Radio Shack and other Hobby/Electronics stores. You must charge batteries in parallel or risk polarity swap. (+ becomes -)

  • @joeotow

    RadioShack parts:

    4 "AA" Battery Holder

    Model: 270-391 | Catalog #: 270-391

    $1.79

    Single "AA" Battery Holder

    Model: 270-401 | Catalog #: 270-401

    $0.99

You can then wire your pack to a switchable phono/charger plug to break the series connection to charge the batteries. when the charger is removed the batteries are back in series to run the RC vehicle. You will have an charge port on the car, but no need to remove batteries. Just plug and play!

  • Mhh!!! Is no easier to get one in ebay for $ 3 bucks shipped? And cheaper too.

  • ridiculous way to make a pack.

  • that song is frekin annoying

  • lol it;s so simple . everybady know this.

  • or lipo

  • Poor Desiign.. but will prevent a short-circuit from catching fire because the connections are made by Lead Solder wire which would melt at 70C. thereby cutting off connection between individual batteries.

  • american is stupid ;p

  • the reason this wouldget hot is cus wen the baterys reles the energy then that couses the tape to start melting and it could posibly catch on fire wit that card board

  • i made the battery pack and it became hot as hell........why is it so?

  • It is heated because you have incorrectly connected batteries

  • @thepyroexpert The heat up is a short circuit.

  • Like I said, a brand called Pure Energy has rechargeable alkalines. I've been using them for years.

Plus you can use that charger on regular alkaline batteries as well, just gotta keep an eye on them.

The first generation rechargeable alkaline technology was developed by Battery Technologies Inc in Canada.

  • .

RAM Alakaline Rechargable Batteries... Normally not as high capacity as NiCd/Nimh i belive

i think there more expencive but hold 1.5v not 1.2v so have there pro's and cons

    .

  • True but i would still do it as otherwise it could short-out :(

  • Ah, very good, i like it. I'm going to try something similair for a tyco vehicle. It came with a 9.6 v aa 850mah pack. I bought some 2600mah aa's for $1 each from tenergy, and if I can assemble them like you did it will be VERY cost effective

  • how do i fix my battery if i charged it and the positive went to the negative and vise versa? it gives power to servo but not esc it just beeps

  • Comment removed

  • how would i charge this?

  • That's retarted the car doesn't even need that

  • is that not the AA Battery holding try thing at 3:05.

  • it's original battery pack, not AA Battery holder

  • don't these cars come with a battery try so you can just use aa battery or a battery pack why do this.

  • BEcause lets say the car takes 4aa put 6aa or 8aa together and give it a wire connector put it on top of the inside of the car. more batteries = more power.

  • Comment removed

  • Thats good, but if you make it in a way that you can get the batteries apart and together easily you could use regular rechargables. Still cheaper than the "official" packs.

If you can find rechargable alkaline batteries( I use some called Pure Energy) You can use that charger on ordinary ones, I have re-used the same Energizers 5-6 times before they crapped out.

  • can you use tin foil instead of that mesh wire stuf to connect the batterys?

  • It is possible to use a foil, I used that had

  • Soz about all that stuff mate

  • Why did you using alkaline battery

  • I use battеry pack until the original pack is charging

  • i suppose that did the job quite niceley but i would have soldered my contacts ect eatherway nice vid. the original pack was a rechargeable tho so, i dont quite see the point in makeing them, eatherway nice vid 5/5 stars

  • Thats a cool vid man just about to make my own one for my Rc petrol plane!
