Thanks! I've seen people make amazing gains with these techniques. 3 years ago, when I started with them, I could barely do a couple pullups at a time and maybe only 20 or so for a whole workout. (I know that's a lot to some people, but just trying to say how far I've come). Now I could do 20 in a row and 150 in a workout. It all takes time. Thanks for commenting!
