when the VENTURES went to JAPAN ..It cost so much to ship the equipment back after a tour; they just sold it all to local artists or bands... a good way to get the MOSRITE name spred ...i wonder how many FENDER guitars and amps they sold off album covers and stage appearances .. and never got a nickel for it ...FENDER always made sure that they had anything they wanted though ..kind of a silent agreement ..i think FENDER came out ahead on that one ...

This is a terrific rendition. I have never heard words to this song before. Does anyone know the name of the first song played? I checked out Caravan and it sounds like a different song.

The first song is "Stars in the Night Sky" composed by Yuzo Kayama in Japan in the 60's.
