She's sleeping and wakes with an asthma attack. She hears a couple outside and in her sleep/oxygen deprived state, she hears them tell her that she's dead, and she believes them because she's not breathing properly. As the night goes on, she tries to find different positions in which she can breathe (resembling dancing). She then sees the reaper and he encourages her to keep "dancing" or he'll take her. After dancing for a while, the pain becomes too much, and she asks him to end her suffering.

I think this song talks about "life". The "zombie" reference could mean that the people she knows are only concerned with getting through life, not living it. Then, she grows up (with more freedom) and does things she regrets, when she had thought that life was going to be amazing. It kind of continues through, to the end where she says she doesn't want to die like this, meaning she made the same mistake the zombies did. That was my take on it, anyway.

@alyssasgirl96 It's part of a seiries if you note carefully, I'm not sure the exact lines but I think "I'm just getting started" is about her being made fun of and how she will still try to be good, "A idiots drug" is about where she starts drinking(this kind of night I'm a loudmouthed ideot. See?), and this is about her no longer being able to be happy or pretend anymore for fun, but at the end as she is dieing she dances which signals she finally had a bit of happiness, but dies from the beer.
