its a blue screen effect. it goes throught anything thatts blue. hences the skirt and shorts. and something screws up in the middle but its okay it goes with it. :)

Actually, the skirt, shorts and outfit are all blending because they're blue and apparently, the Movie Maker Danny used treats the Background (Which is the Bouken Desho Desho OP in this case) as a blue/green screen, so the matching colors blend into each other, making the clothes seem invisible. Sorry for the long explanation.

That is probably because this person used chroma key to remove the background of the dance.

It removes the color,and Yuki's skirt and Haruhi's pants must have been the same color as the background.

It's like a green screen--if you are wearing something green while in front of a green screen, after the image is projected and everything, it will make a 'transparent' look through the clothing that is green. :3
