Great tutorial man ! I was wondering if I could make changes into just one part of a region or just one region in the track.

In LOGIC PRO 9 I use Bounce In Place option so that I can use audio file of what I want to change and then apply the effects and automation to that particular audio file. But this is nice way to do that as well.
