Can I just say that Aaron Lewis does a great fucking job and I fucking love Metallica if it wasn't for them then I wouldn't be the person that I am today. Aaron and James are such a big inspiration on me and my music, They make great fucking songs, there voices are fucking incredable, and they inspire alot of people like myself. Metallica will always be my favorite band and everything they do is fucking great.

nothing really lives up to the original, but as a fan of staind and metallica, Aaron Lewis did a damn good job on this remake. he made it his own, just like metallica made Bob Segers "turn the page" their own! respect the art, and the artist instead of hating on the fact that it was something else before!

@jramirez001 Completely agree man. If an artist does a cover its personal opinion on which is better. Some people like the original some like the cover. For Turn the Page i prefer the Metallica version because i grew up listening to them and i didn't hear the Bob Seger version until recently. But neither one is bad by any means.

If you observed this performance, Aaron was struggling to sing the chorus at that octave (dragging his voice too much). His mouth was barely opened during the whole performance!
