Wow! I can play by ear, but haven't tried something this nice yet. I don't really try at all because I have such a good ear. I can't play exactly what I hear because I can hear when it's wrong. I hate that!

@Hoku2Dreamer Your good ear is just the tool you need, don't be discouraged that you hear mistakes. Just keep at it, the mistakes will be fewer and eventually you can play exactly what you hear without mistakes at all. :)

@snacksize549 Thanks. Don't let classical training stop you from playing by ear, that skill was considered important with any pianist until the 1900s. So all the composers you play were great at it - why shouldn't you develop it too? :P

I totally envy you... I bought the sheet music for this since I can kinda read music, and figured that with some time I could figure it out but I cant make heads or tails of it! It's just practice. Everyone can do it, the problem is that people stop when they make a mistake. Everyone with an ear good enough to recognize when it's WRONG, can get it right if you keep at it.

Just start simple, and you'll improve as you go along.
