@saddollar The weapons name is the Plasma Rifle, It is one of the best energy weapons in the game. I found it on dead Enclave soldiers, but that means it can only be obtained near the end of F3. So, If you kill an Enclave soldier, remember to check it if you want it. Hope I helped.
