Togekiss with Fire Blast? Give it Aura Sphere instead, at least the attack never misses and if that's Ancientpower, give it Thunder Wave assuming that Togekiss has Serene Grace for you to flinch other Pokemon like crazy with Air Slash.
As for Garchomp, if that's Substitute, Garchomp does NOT have the spec. defense for it, so you might want to try Stone Edge or Brick Break. Even Fire Fang will work.
As for Arcanine, you have mostly physical on this one, so why don't you give it Flare Blitz?
