Yes this is how to make a right handed boomerang.
I explain what a left handed boomerang looks like shortly after 4:52 in the previous video.

Basically, all you have to do is remember that a right handed boomerang spins counter clockwise.
A left handed boomerang spins clockwise.
So you would just reverse the leading, and trailing edges of the wing. I hope that helps you.

@lego4978 I suppose I could, but the the technique in the video allows you to design your own templates.
I'll send you some pics of three-bladed templates if you want. They're not too hard to catch.
