Hello my name is Kamal Chaoui, have a look at our video about Olives in Bhalil, Bhalil is a village 24km close to Fez and 3 km close to Sefrou,in north Morocco, there, my wife and I decided to open a Guesthouse:Dar kamal Chaoui , we use mainly olive's oil in our kitchen, I hope you would visit us in Bhalil and harvest olives with us during a day end November, you will be surprised ! to see our reportage, tape Kamal Chaoui in Youtube, please add your comments, enjoy our video and our Guesthouse
Great video, great information. I like your new look, well except for the paper in your shirt pocket. I once knew a kid who had his name and address written on a card just like the one in your shirt pocket. the kid, his nick-name was "Koo Koo", was basically nuts and he would get lost and confused at bus stops and cross walks. Well, I was just thinking about you and hoping you have no problems finding your way home. Ronnie
agreed. Soaked nuts are more water rich... That being said, still not good to over-eat nuts.. Most water rich - fresh nuts right off the tree. Ever have a fresh mac nut ? Tastes more like a water chestnut..
do i just store salt and water

Soaked nuts = water rich food? Maybe not nature's perfect water, but water rich no doubt.

That's pretty helpful. Wish I could pick them fresh in my area.
