  • @Soccerlifenors You can buy them from a guy in the dark brotherhood hq...i think he has like 30 lockpicks or something...you can also buy them from olav in bruma

  • @Soccerlifenors Theres also a guy outside of the Imperial City, you know the stable? If you go to where they keep the horses theres a broken gate, go through that and then somewhere around the walls of the Imperial city theres a guy who says "Psst come here, want something... special?" and he has a bunch of potions and stuff. With about 30-40 lockpicks.
