Weirdly enough, I love every cover MM does, better than their original versions. He pouts something into them that makes those songs better.

faruza balk actually practices wicca in real life, i think thats why she looks so comfortable with this show, and they actually had like a wiccan cult or clan what ever they call them im not sure but they had them at the shooting of like the ocean part where there "involking the spirit" and the people said it wasnt verry good to do it on the ocean but they could do it for a movie, but the tide kept comeing in during the shoot and washing away the set

And, actually, she purchased PanPipes Magickal Marketplace in 1995. The Craft came out in 1996. And, she may not have been a "witch", but she was a neopagan before the movie. She helped on set, also, to make the sets more realistic and similar to the actual rituals.

This movie is OK. Still, it helped fuel the growth of suburban mallrate poseur Manson/HIM/MSI-worshipping colonies. The Screaming Jay Hawkins original is far far better (and more truly goth) than Manson could ever ever be.
