@SteSteak I added the Fractured Mesh into Kismet and added a take damage node and had its output to a play sound node with the apropriate sound in the play sound node. So any damage taken by the Fractured Mesh sent a signal out to the play sound node. If you still have trouble trying to get this to work I'll send you a screen shot of the Kismet nodes.
How did you attach sound to the wall you have to shoot down?
