Right On! Dwan. Systems are great so long as they don't replace YOU. Tell your listeners who have problems talking to people about these two books. Convince Them in 90 Seconds or Less by Nicolas Boothman and Chocolates on the Pillow aren't Enough by Jonathan Tisch. The important point being stressed is that you as an investor need to LISTEN to those in distress, not talk at them. Boothman talks about NLP, so I know Bill will be interested.
